On arrival at Manila international airport taxis are plentiful and can be arranged to take you to your hotel or bus terminal. If its your first
trip you may want to take the Swagman route, they will pick you
up at the airport, spend a night with them in Ermita then,
"Fly the Bus" up to Angeles City.
Where you can catch the bus north at Dau or hire a car or van.

From Manila Via Dau
Take any bus bound for Laoag, Vigan, Abra, San Fernando or Ilocos Sur. Buslines: Partas, Dominion Transit, Farinas, Viron and Maria De Leon. Your Hotel can arrange a taxi to take you to the correct busline terminal.
Teminals are situated in
Pasay or Cabao. The 6 -8 hour trip
will stop at Sebay next door to us.
The Bus Drivers know this drop
of point well.
Hire cars and vans are available and will pick you up at the airport.
or at Angeles city. They are a cheap and comfortble
way to travel if you have surboards and luggage,
can be economical when shared with a group.
